1983 Tyco US-1 Army Transport

army slotYou dont want to leave an army slot empty because it will weaken your team ere are various slots you can roll but each hero only has a pool of certain ones so some heroes couldI can't summon it using undead army? as in the 4th slot to add it is locked out. I can't find anything on the that points me in the rht direction.
